I am so ready for summer to arrive with barbecues, fires in the fire pit and watching sunsets while we sip Casa Noble Honey Ginger Lime Sonata's on our patio.

For some reason Washington missed my memo and has still been having a lot of overcast days with rain, so rude! 

Colt made these a few weeks back for company and it immediately became our new favorite cocktail with it's crisp and refreshing taste.

 The Casa Noble Crystal Tequila made this the perfect cocktail with its extremely smooth  delicate flavors of buttery, smokey sweet agave, notes of white pepper, cinnamon, cherry and hints of citrus blending perfectly with the ginger, tang of lime and sweetness of honey.

We are totally smitten with these since they are so easy to make and perfect for gatherings.

Dissolve honey in lime juice. In a large picture combine ice, ginger beer, lime juice and honey.

We had a couple of test runs and decided the honey was easier to combine in the drink when mixed with the lime juice first but I love the look of the honey being drizzled in.

Add 1 1/4 cups Casa Noble Crystal Tequila or to taste and stir until well combined.

Garnish glasses with a slice of lime.

And share them with friends! 

Warning: These are really light and refreshing tricking you into forgetting about the tequila.

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon Honey Or Agave Nectar
• 2 1/2 whole Limes, Juiced and Seeds Removed
• 36 ounces Ginger Beer
• 1 1/4 cups Casa Noble Crystal Tequila Or To Taste
• 2 cups Ice
• Additional Slice Limes For Garnish

Cooking Directions

1. Combine honey and lime juice. Stir until honey is dissolved.
2. In a large pitcher combine honey/lime mixture, ginger beer, Casa Noble Crystal Tequila and ice. Stir until cold.
3. Garnish glasses with lime.
