Our favorite Chocolate Fondue recipe is Hot Fudge Chocolate Fondue. We make it quite a bit. It's extraordinarily easy, and the perfect dessert for Valentine's Day or Easter.
It's always fun to dip things in chocolate and feed each other.
The options for dipping are endless, but a few of our favorites are strawberries, O Organics® Pretzel Rods, Banana, Apple, Dried Fruit, and Cookies.
It's one of those desserts I almost always have the stuff on hand to make, and is a favorite whether we are entertaining company of just enjoying a quiet night at home.
Young and old alike always enjoy choosing things to dip!
Here's how we make this easy Chocolate Fondue:
In a small saucepan combine :
- 1 1/2 cups Good Quality Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup O Organics Half and Half
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon O Organics Instant Coffee (optional but enhances chocolate flavor)
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 pinch of Salt
Stir over medium heat until chocolate melts, and mixture is smooth.
Serve with Strawberries, O Organics Pretzel Rods, and any other desired fruit or cookies for dipping.
